Eli was the technician that came to fix my Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer in April 2024. He texted me 15 minutes before arrival. He asked pointed questions as to the reason for my requesting a technician. He established 2 issues and explained that I could start with the minor issue and see if that solved the problem for a time and then go to the major issue (major expense) if needed. Eli is forthright and understands that people need to know the problem then gives them time to make their best decision and offers options. No pressure from him to do something immediately. No scare tactics either. I know that, in the future, I will fix the major problem on the subzero, and will have Eli return to fix it.

Eli did a great job. I was told there was no one in the area that could repair Bosch dishwashers. Boy did Eli prove them wrong. He showed up when he said he was going to did a great job and saw the project through to completion. Thanks to Eli I now have a working dishwasher. I will be telling all my friends about the Excellent new repair man I have found. Thanks Eli!
