I was in over my head, and budget, when a much larger plumbing issue than I bargained for was found. Rick treated me very fairly with respect to the price of the project. He had the problem diagnosed, and repaired, in no time flat. I mean fast. Plumbers are in high demand, but he made fixing my problem a top priority. He knows his stuff, and you can tell that he's a professional, who takes pride in doing a high quality job.
