The company was very responsive. They contacted me within an hour of my request. They were also hardworking, professional and extremely ethical. Due to an error on my part, I ended up paying the company twice and my first payment was delayed. I was more than a bit concerned as I feared the company would have little incentive to refund my second payment. When I shared my concern with the company, they assured me they would return my overpayment as soon as it was received and they left my home. To my surprise, they contacted me the following morning to confirm receipt and promptly returned my payment. I highly recommend them.

I sent a photo of the job I needed, communicated and scheduled my pick up time via text, and was told it would be $95. Upon arrival, the price changed to $130. When I wouldn’t agree, he tried to guilt me saying that he had to pay for “my lead” and would have to pay to dispose of my junk. I told him that if the price changed, I would pass on his services and he got upset saying that he drove out to my located and wouldn’t leave without doing a job. I refused to haggle and in the end, he completed the job for $95, but he seemed mad the whole time. I am glad that he did the job for the agreed upon price, but I wouldn’t hire again.
