- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call is 60 but will be waived if customer goes ahead with repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tech arrives to the place after booking an appointment and makes an inspection of the unit. Then, gives an estimate for the repair and clearly shows you what needs to be done and what’s wrong with the unit. Then customer decides to either fix it or replace it with new unit. Service call is waived if customer hires us for a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed, insured.
