FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30, 45, and 60-minute (online and in-person) workouts ranging in price per session. Pricing varies depending on the number of sessions per week, the length of time for each session, and how long clients are looking to commit to their program. I offer numerous options that are flexible when purchasing packages and/or monthly memberships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation initially to gather information on their goals and objectives, any past injuries, etc. Then, I will do an initial 30 min—complementary intro session to get baseline data and assess movement. From there, we agree upon actions to move forward in working together!
