Confirmed appointment by text at 12N. When he hadn't arrived by 12:20p, I called him and he responded, "I forgot. I'll leave right now." At 1:15p he still had not arrived and no phone call/text w/ explanation. I called and cancelled as I had already wasted 1hr and 15 min. He arrived at my home a few minutes later and sent me at text that I shouldn't have cancelled "before I drive 45 min." Unfortunately, he does not value the customer's time.

This project started as a minor repair, but it turned out to be a major bathroom renovation. The working conditions were not the best because the tenants were living there, but Eddy was able to deal with the tenants and made sure that the work was done professionally and worked late hours to ensure that the job was completed in the least amount of time
