David B. says, "I had a great experience with Chris. He came to my home on short notice to take a series of professional portrait photos. He turned around the entire set of completed photos to me by the following day. The photos were excellent quality and Chris had imposed a variety of backgrounds. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the way I looked in the photos (nothing having to do with the quality of the photos) so I contacted Chris and he happily agreed to return to my house the following day to take another series where I could make some adjustments in my facial expressions. I made sure to check the photos on his camera before he left that time to be sure I was happy with the originals before he went back to edit them.
The primary exception I took to Chris’ approach was that he did not provide clear instruction on head positioning and facial expression, (normally in my experience with professional photographers, they are good at telling you to tweak certain things about your body and head positioning, facial expressions, etc. based on the type of photo being taken). It’s those small things that normal people aren’t aware of when they’re having their photo taken which we must rely on the photographer to tell us to get the best photo. For this reason, I recommend asking Chris to see the originals on his camera to ensure you are happy with how you look before he goes back to edit. Once you have seen the originals and are happy with them, he will work his editing magic and send you wonderful final products.
