Our relationship work is built on commitment and honesty. We offer in-depth relationship coaching that requires openness and dedication from both partners. After an initial session, we ask couples for a three month commitment. This includes nine sessions each month—three together and three individual sessions per partner. Our process helps couples enhance their communication, align their values, and deepen their connection, creating a partnership that both cherish and enjoy.
In addition to individual couples counseling, we also offer group couples coaching. This approach allows couples to learn from each other’s experiences, foster community, and gain diverse perspectives. Sharing challenges and successes within a supportive group setting can lead to powerful insights and mutual encouragement, reinforcing the journey toward stronger, more resilient relationships.
Our Backgrounds:
Matthew, from Nashville, Tennessee, shifted from a high-pressure IT career—where he led teams and navigated complex projects—to immerse himself in the healing arts of Hawaii, learning from masters of tradition and spirit. Katja, originally from Berlin, Germany, has a background in corporate health, along with extensive training in yoga, breathwork, emotional alignment, hypnotherapy, and Psychodrama. Together, we bring a unique blend of intuitive guidance and holistic healing modalities, fostering emotional, physical, and mental harmony within relationships.
