Licet E. says, "I had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand the incredible teaching prowess of Jennifer Bolis, and I must say, it was nothing short of exceptional. Jennifer is not just an English teacher; she is a beacon of patience, passion, and professionalism. My father had the privilege of being under Jennifer's tutelage, and the transformation in his English proficiency has been nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to Jennifer's dedication and expertise, my father's confidence in his English abilities has soared, and he is now eager to learn more each day. Jennifer's teaching style is both engaging and effective. She takes the time to understand her students' individual needs and tailors her lessons accordingly. Her patience knows no bounds, as she gently guides her students through every hurdle and challenge they encounter. But what truly sets Jennifer apart is her unwavering passion for teaching. It's evident in every interaction, every lesson, and every breakthrough her students achieve. Her enthusiasm is infectious, inspiring her students to strive for excellence and reach new heights in their language journey. In summary, Jennifer Bolis is not just a teacher; she is a mentor, a guide, and a true asset to the realm of education. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking to master the English language or any subject under her tutelage. With Jennifer, success is not just a possibility; it's a certainty."See more

YOU CAN TEACH a 4-7-YEAR-OLD TO READ AND I CAN HELP YOU! Three Types of Adult Support I Provide for Teaching Young Children: 1. Private coaching for parents or teachers, on an hourly basis on Zoom or in your home in the Seattle area ($60 per hour) 2. In-home consultations for parents where I can help you set up a nurturing and effective learning environment for your child ($100 per hour in the Seattle area *) 3. Seminars for parents, teachers, families, communities, churches, homeschool groups, PTAs, and friends who CAN teach 4-7-year-old children. Learn to read in a step by step, systematic, simple way! ($200 per hour) To be successful, parents and educators will find it invaluable to know: • How children learn • That 0-6-year-olds have an absorbent mind *, through which they effortlessly absorb information • That children love to learn • That there is a dependable, step by step reading sequence to follow that can empower anyone to teach • How to use hands-on reading materials that are like a series of card games so that children can almost teach themselves to read. See that these materials are tailored to the needs of young children • How to establish simple routines at home or school of 10-15 minutes per day where practicing or “playing with the materials” enables children to successfully read! • It is not difficult for most children to learn to read if they have the right tools and adults who understand a simple sequence. As a Montessori teacher with 25+ years' experience teaching reading and writing to children 4-7 years old, including my own six children, I am passionate about showing adults how they CAN teach children to read. Let’s start a revolution in learning! What I offer to Parents, Teachers, and All Who Would Support Children: 1. I provide private consultations and seminars for parents and teachers. If this is done in connection with tutoring, it will maximize the tutoring opportunity for children. Parents will be more conscious of developmental needs and will be more engaged. They can better understand and so support the child's efforts with hands-on reading materials. Simple feedback and demonstrations to you as your child is learning can be a great help. 2. I also provide seminars in which I communicate all of the above in further detail about how children learn and also lay out a clear sequence of how to teach reading. This can be step by step training for parents, teachers, and others! I use power points and other presentation materials to give detailed instructions about how to teach. I demonstrate the use of the materials and make recommendations. Understand how children learn and how to ensure the building of a successful reading foundation. *Please note I charge transportation fee of $1.00 per mile for transportation.See more

Hello Parents! My name is Angela and I have worked in different areas such as Memphis, Cordova, Collierville, and Germantown. I am a dedicated, reliable, honest child care provider, and I have more than 10+ years of experience teaching, tutoring, and mentoring children. In 2013, I received an Associate degree in Medical Office Management from Kaplan University, but the name has changed to Perdue University. In the summer I taught my friend's little boy who is autistic who has problems with speech. He had problems speaking 2 syllable words so I helped him by pronouncing the word slowly, recognizing vegetables and objects and help with homework. I teach children of any age with a disability or not including autistic. Now I must say even though I always will have a passion for teaching children and adults it comes from my mother's side of the family of teachers, lawyers, actors, and etc. I love my job as an ESL tutor because I love teaching children. The best part about me I take my time with each lesson and I do not rush into it. If he/she needs more time with the lesson, well we can take as long as the individual needs too. My cost is low so no need to worry about it but it is worth the money. I charge for private home tutoring and online $19.00 an hour. I love teaching and I am available to teach right now. Private home tutoring I will be available to do lessons online. Your son or daughter will learn a lot in one hour and a few minutes over for tutoring. Each individual will have homework to practice and turn in to me by email. Practice makes perfect and all my students will be successful students. As a retired special needs bus driver, I had many types of disabilities on my bus, but I loved every last one of them. I received a certificate for a preschool teacher in Smyrna, TN, certainly has paid off doing my career. Hire me and you will see. Hope to hear from you soon and don't hesitate to ask me questions. Thanks for Reading!See more
