We selected AG CONSTRUCTION and very happy with the choice. From the very inception to the completion of the project, we had 5 star quality service. The team spent time with us to understand what we were looking for and modified the order and the quote based on our requests. They walked us through the estimates to make sure we understand what needs to be done. When the project started, we communicated via a group chat to make sure we discuss open issues and move forward as quick as we can. As part of the project, we had heavy construction / structural work requiring custom parts and the team finished it flawlessly. Eugene was flexible to accommodate some of our later requests as we decided to include a few more work items. He showed integrity when a few minor things didn't go as planned. Wesley C. says, "I hired Your Home Builders to partially remodel my daylight basement. They re-did a bathroom, including a nice new tiled walk-in shower; an office space with builtin shelving; they turned my garage into a family room and they converted my laundry room to a laundry/kitchenette combo. Most of the spaces got new cabinetry, and the garage work included cutting out a whole new window and new double doors. I’m happy with the results of the job. The crew did a good job dealing with surprises behind the walls in my ancient house, including addressing a serious leak we discovered in the foundation wall with installing a sump pump and working around a complex deck support situation. To be honest, the job started off a little rocky, my wife and I didn’t know about several materials we were supposed to choose and when. I was mistakenly working directly with the crew chief on some of these things, thinking it would be faster and easier. When I made sure to start communicating only with Gil, communication improved greatly and the job had smooth finish. One thing in particular that I liked was that they did a great job working their changes in with the existing finished parts of the basement. So we didn’t have to tear everything down. After the job there was a leak in the new shower they installed. Which has been the only “mistake” I’ve found. Gil immediately took ownership of the problem and sent out a builder to pull out the tile, find and fix the problematic joint, cut out the wet drywall, and then replace it all after it all dried out. When I first discovered the leak I was worried it would be some giant ongoing headache, but Gil’s guy fixed it very quickly."See more
