Introduction: We provide quality installation according to industry standards as our electrician is a union trained electrician and has also effectively worked on hundreds of specialty installations. Also our electrician was was rated as a preferred contractor with the Best Buy Corporation and worked extensively with in conjunction with the Geek Squad and was referred to customers through their magnolia home theater centers for many of their Chicago area stores to their customers who made home theater purchases. We provided services to over 1500 of Best Buy's clients. The ability to meet customers needs in a satisfactory and expeditious manner. It is pleasent to see when our customers are happy with our service and see their ideas made into a reality. We also seek to maintain as lasting relationship with our customers for future needs.

I was looking for someone to electrically wire the back wall for the hanging of a 55" flat screen television and hide all exposed wires. I stumbled upon Aaron from Aaron Electric. He personally came out to assess the project. Let me begin by saying that Aaron is a true professional. It took 2 days to complete the project. You hardly new that he was there as he was sure to tidy all supplies and residue from the work. I almost forgot to mention that Aaron offered to hang the shelves. I am so please with his work and professional demeanor that I will be having him come back to some electrical work in my kitchen an hang lighting. Finally, his prices were reasonable upon comparing other companies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently setting up our pricing and installation fees. Again, no one job is the same and we use a flat rate after we assess the needs of our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically diagnose the problem, and give the client a thorough explanation of the issue and ask them if they want to proceed further. I give them all the alternatives t correcting the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Journeymen Wireman, NECA/IBEW technical institute Certification Journeyman Electrician, U.S. Department of Labor. A.A. Component electronics A.A. Computer Aided design and mechanical drawing.
