- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep things simple. We would chat about the couples plans, discuss the type of package that would fit them perfectly and make the agreement over the phone or in person if they like. The deposit is $100 non-refundable to hold the date and time (which is deducted from the total) and the final balance due is to be paid the date of the wedding or before if they prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Together we go over the many choices and options for Wedding or Vow Renewal Ceremonies. We customize each part to your liking and come up with just the perfect ceremony, whatever the length. For Baby Christenings/Blessings, together we create a special service to welcome your newborn or honor their name. This will be a beautiful ceremony that conveys your wishes for the child, your family member or yourself.
