I don't "sell" my clients anything. (This is as opposed to the large majority of commercial real estate firms and brokers, who operate in the "Traditional" manner, focused on Listing & Marketing property for, and representing the interests of, professional real estate owners, investors and developers. Their job is to "sell", in order fill buildings with tenants & buyers, while achieving the most favorable price & terms for the property.)
