- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am committed to provide the best service for my client, when selling a home, pricing is adjusted and at times can dictate that amount as well. If you have further questions about that I can help you by answering all those questions in a private consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really it comes down to having a conversation, find out their needs, wants, a situation they need help with. In the 26+ years of helping people sell or purchase a home, it comes down to listening, and helping them as either a first time home buyer, a job relocation, to having to negotiate with the bank to help in a short sale, to what ever the situation entails, its my job to consult and listen to their needs. I enjoy helping those In need of my services, and being honest and truthful is the key to establishing trust and success with every client situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Two years of Continuing Education for keeping up on the latest loan programs, or the newest laws passed, and what the current market trends are.
