Andy Lane is friendly, personable and amazing to work with. We were relocating from a great distance our time to physically look at homes was very limited. Andy listened to what we were looking for in a home and presented the best homes that fit my specific needs. He kept us up to date on what was available or becoming available. When we were able to go to see homes the limited time we had never felt wasted. He used all forms of media to help us. He was a professional through the whole process giving honest opinion and helpful advice whenever asked. His knowledge of the areas and market was very reassuring. This was the biggest investment we had ever made and he was a great advocate in negotiating and showed great ethics. He went to great lengths to make me feel very comfortable with my decisions. I would recommend him highly. .

Andy was a real fun and laid back man to work with. He was always on time for our meetings and he gladly drove us where ever we requested. Andy was always prepared with housing comps whether we went to Litchfield Park, Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale, Maricopa or Buckeye. After three days of seeing the different housing styles and towns we decided on a single story in the Estrella Mountains. After the move, Andy was our first visitor. He stopped in just to see how we were doing and asked if he could help us with anything. Also, he has so much knowledge about local contractors that he saved us thousands of dollars on some remodel ideas we had. We loved working with Andy and plan on having him and his family over after the pool and barbecue are finished. If you are looking for a nice guy with a huge heart and knowledge of the full valley housing market then Andy is the realtor for you.

It was a pleasure working with Andy the summer of 2014. Even in the middle of an Arizona summer, he was out everyday showing us houses with our chaotic crew (11 yr old, 2 yr old, and 2 month old). We were very particular when it came to finding our "perfect" home and he was patient throughout the entire process. He got us an amazing deal on the home of our dreams!
