- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a customized commission plan that fits every seller's need. Buyers don't pay a commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyer: Typically we start by getting qualified with a lender to see how much the buyer qualifies for, what the payment would be, and what the best loan program is for the buyer. After that, buyer answers some questions on what they are looking for in a home ... needs and wants. Then, we start house hunting! Seller: Typically we'll sit down and discuss the motivation and urgency behind selling. We'll talk about what they hope to sell the home for. I provide my marketing plan along with my strategy for selling their home in the quickest amount of time, for the highest possible dollar and with the least amount of stress.
