- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to speak to my clients, get to know them and what they're looking for in their dream home and do the best that i can to assist in finding the home they're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licrnsed from Az school of realestate, continually taking classes to keep up with realestate changes, and extra courses to better serve my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a bank teller, then a personal banker. Promoted to a assistant manager at Wells fargo Bank. Migrated to the home equity department as a mortgage consultant and mortgage loan officer, picked up training as a underwriter 1. Left the banking industry and used my skills and knowledge as a loan officer for a brokerage firm. Mortage industry took a hit so i used my skills to process mortgage loans, worked in loss mitigation. Decided to get my realestate license and here i am.
