FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons include so much as it’s catered to you. Whether it is choreography or details in technique or of course musical aspects and learning about the beat and what to dance to the beat. A lot of thought goes into it and I always pour my heart and soul into every student I teach. Quality always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Figure out your goals. The dance you want, if you are here to exercise, prepare for an event, compete, or just have fun. 2. Create a timeline/plan for your goals. This helps keep you on track to progress and reach your goals 3. Always start with basics of technique, steps, musicality, timing, leading, etc 4. Always end the lesson with review and record videos if you want to practice and have a reference. I never mind, always ask if you want a video of what we learned!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from my grandparents and parents being dance teachers and seeing everything they did on day to day basis I was in competitive dancing. I took many lessons from elite dance coaches who made me who I am today. Being in the competitive circuit I learned many things at a young age. I have won world and national titles and performed in the states and overseas.
