Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Not all DJs were born to DJ. It takes experience, talent, knowledge, rhythm and a musical ear! Be sure your DJ has insurance, a very varied library, and the ability to take requests.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Music is my life and I get so much personal satisfaction from combining music with service to others! It makes me happy to enhance another's happiness!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes. I went to a seminar just this past weekend, May 2013. I also attend big conferences like Mobile Beat in Las Vegas and workshops to improve on other musical abilities as well!
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. It's a wonderful thing that equipment is getting better and lighter. I am a big fan of my new Bose system for wedding ceremonies and intimate gatherings! Great sound in a smaller package!!

Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Marketing to reach as many clients as possible for as little money as possible so I can pass the savings on to the client. That way, I can offer my high quality services for reasonable prices. I also take workshops to improve on my abilities.
