I have a 12,000 sq ft brick paver driveway with 5 sets of flagstone steps built with 3 in thick flagstone. They were here a little over 3 weeks. All the work is just beautiful, the detailing is amazing, they even sealed the driveway which wasnt included in the bid. When they left they cleaned, raked, hosed, everything, couldnt even tell a job had just been done, it looked pristine. As for the price, well, they came in 10,000 LESS then the other 2 contracters I had come out,( which was the main reason I went with them.) I am so glad I did. The work is just what we wanted. I am so pleased, it finally completes our home. Thank you, Garett, and Stone Steps Masonry. This company rocks!

I called Stone Steps and talked to Garrett, he gave a fair estimate and didn't charge extra even when I changed the design. He was fast, knowledgeable, on time and did a great clean up when done. He got my brick driveway done in 3 days, as well as some low border walls I added in my backyard also. The driveway is flawless, smooth as glass, all my neighbors keep asking me who I had to do it. I have recommended Stone Steps several times, and since then he actually did the my neighbors driveway as well. Easy company to deal with, no headaches, quick, clean, and professional.

Projects vary according to the scope of work. I have a price per sq ft for concrete, a lineal ft price for masonry walls, a per yard price for stucco, sq. ft price for painting, and no minimum pricing restrictions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a conversation about what is required, and what their budget allows. then I make a ballpark estimate , usually on the spot, . This estimate is made verbally and is followed up with a detailed written estimate. We schedule a start date and everything proceeds according to the plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years Business College classes, 12 Vocational training seminars and classes and over 25 years in the construction trades.
