Kaylon took such great care of my 2 elderly dogs! Made for a no worry, relaxing vacation. Shared daily pictures with us of all the attention she got from them.

I could not have imagined a better experience. Our newly adopted dog, George would say the same if he could. From the meet and greet to the regular emails after each visit, Pet Concierge Indy made being away from home so much easier on me and George. I highly recommend their service!

Great ladies! Simply fantastic!
I learned at the last minute, on a Sunday no less, that a trip back to my hometown in New York would be necessary. Unfortunately for me, I had no one at the last minute to check on my cats.
What to do? I absolutely cannot leave my two girls alone, Karma and Sparkles.
I posted an ad on Thumbtack at nine in the morning, they responded, came by my apartment by one and I was on the road by two.
I love em....and of course so did my cats.
Loved the updates. Though, friends make fun of me for worrying about my cats, I do. They sent daily updates, even pictures. Which I showed to my family.

The girls were able to help me out over Thanksgiving with less than a week's notice! They set up a time for an intro to meet me/my pet, go through an initial checklist and questions/requests, and then they texted me an update each day!

We got a new puppy named Winston and we needed to find someone who could cater to his "puppy" needs while we are at work. Pet Concierge was able to accommodate our changing schedules every day and make our times work. Whether it is just letting him out for a quick potty break or coming and playing with him for a half hour session at a moments notice, they have far exceeded our expectations. We also look forward to our text updates after their visit with Winston. They are very professional and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

All Sessions are typically 30 minutes and include: Checking on the food and water levels for the pet and refilling* if necessary, Walking and/or Playing with the pet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a free intro consultation to meet you, your pet and for your pet to become familiar with their Concierge. Trust between not only the pet owner but with the pet is a top priority for Pet Concierge Indy!

We have worked with all kinds of pet owners, but we typically cater to dog and cat owners.
