Larry M. says, "I hired Nathan from Ivy Builders to remodel and update my guest bathrooms and my kitchen. From the start Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me a lot of his design help and background when shopping for all the finish materials. I was quoted about 8 weeks to complete my 2 bathrooms and kitchen (full gut remodels) with permits inspections etc. and we were right on track, 8 weeks and 5 days to be exact! The crew was very professional and surprisingly clean. They were some unexpected items that came up in the course of construction but Nathan and the Ivy builders team were on it and transparent about the changes and the costs that came with it. Overall, my entire experience with Ivy was nothing short of excellent. I will be hiring them hopefully next year to remodel the final room in My Home the master bathroom, I highly recommend you give these folks a try, they will not disappoint!"See more

Lorri T. says, "I got a quote and call from the first company who responded from Thumbtack. After 45 minutes of texting back and forth they had my address and phone number within the first 5 minutes. They set up and appointment time and I agreed and at the the last minute they said they don’t work in Thousand Oaks? So I had wasted 45 minutes and immediately went back to Thumbtack’s app, and there was a text that had come in from Cal Engineers while I was on the line with the first group who was wasting my time. I text Kyle from Cal Engineers back and within 5 minutes he had arranged a time to be at my home, that same day and a quote that was very good. He arrived as indicated. Talked to me about options for placing the TV above my fireplace. We agreed on the installation that would cause the least damage to the wall, as I rent the home. He did a great job and was professional and cleaned everything up when he was done. I would highly recommend using Kyle from Cal Engineers:"See more

Max contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit the same week. He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. I can't recommend Excellence Awning highly enough - thank you Max and I will absolutely be using your company in the future for any awning service or upgrades."See more
