He even offered me a lot of his design help and background when shopping for all the finish materials. I was quoted about 8 weeks to complete my 2 bathrooms and kitchen (full gut remodels) with permits inspections etc. and we were right on track, 8 weeks and 5 days to be exact! The crew was very professional and surprisingly clean. They were some unexpected items that came up in the course of construction but Nathan and the Ivy builders team were on it and transparent about the changes and the costs that came with it. Overall, my entire experience with Ivy was nothing short of excellent. I will be hiring them hopefully next year to remodel the final room in My Home the master bathroom, I highly recommend you give these folks a try, they will not disappoint!"See more

He came to give a consultation and provided us with the best options based on how we wanted the projects to go. The first project was to redo the front yard, removing all the existing bushes and adding 4 new citrus trees and 2 beautiful olive trees. Simple Choice proposed deigns and sourced gorgeous plants and trees that have held up very well over the past 2 very wet winters.We were very impressed with the first project so we contacted Peter to replace all the flooring in our house, including the staircase, and a full interior paint job. We also contracted them to build a screened-in porch for us. The flooring process was shockingly easy for us. Peter found us a great flooring option at a price lower than we could find it ourselves. The team did a great job with attention to detail and quicker than we could have imagined (3 weeks overall for the floors, paint, and staircase to be fully complete, but mostly done within 2 weeks despite bad weather).The screened-in porch is everything we wanted and more.
