The Neat Freak was the right call for me. I had a garage full of stuff and could not even use it for my cars. I was not sure what to do about it until I heard about Kathys service and asked what she thought. I now understand why she has Freak in the name because only a neat freak could look at what I had and in a few minutes have several ideas and a plan of attack that really made sense for me. I like that her ideas not only cleared thing out, but put them in a well thought out and organized place or container. Everything was so easy, the only thing that could have helped is if I would have gone through it first to get rid of the stuff that was really no longer needed. Even then, Kathy really helped with that process as well. I know have my garage back and a car in it to top it off. I highly recommend Kathleens services, just give her a call and I am sure you will agree.

Kathy is telling the truth! For instance, we were done with Christmas dinner, a few years ago (we are related), sitting at the table chatting, then she saw my pantry and asked me if I would mind if she organized it. Of course, I was thrilled and in no time, she had thrown away the old items I no longer needed and my pantry looked perfect. She showed me what items should be stored together and gave me hints as to how I could keep it organized and clutter free. It was a great Christmas gift to me, as it was a task I was dreading to tackle.

Kathleen is absolutely amazing to work with. She helped me organize my home including my garage and she did the best job. She also helped me set up a party/boutique at my house and she was involved in every aspect of it. She is very detail oriented and has a broad knowledge of organizing, party planning, home decorating and much much more! I would recommend her to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can calculate just how much money you will save by professionally staging your home. I take all your current costs; mortgage, utilities, etc. and compare that to staging your home so it will sell faster and for money. Price decreases you will have to consider the longer your property stays on the market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting where I listen to what they want. I will work with. Them and their budget and wish list. If I am staging a home - once the contract is signed - we go to work and start cleaning, decluttering and staging - once the house hits the market - it will be ready to show.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and belong to the local and international chapters.
