FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is available once we know the details of, and your goals for your event. We generally fit into most budget ranges. Once pricing is established, there are no extra charges or hidden fees. We do not "nickel and dime" you to build the invoice total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because of the personalized attention Cousin Donnie gives to each client, he meets with them several times prior to an event. The first meeting generally entails learning about the customer's goals for the event, the guest list, and learning about their musical taste(s). The second meeting involves a "first pass" presentation of sample mixes to get feedback from the client. This helps him further customize his mixes to reflect the client's personality. Timelines and budgeting will also be discussed at this meeting. The third meeting will be to review client goals, listen to more tracks, and finalize agreements. Of course, during the busy planning phase, Donnie is available by phone, and meetings can be combined as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A graduate of the prestigious Musician's Institute in Los Angeles, Cousin Donnie has been a DJ, Event Host, and Party Enhancer since he was in his teens. He brings over 15 years of experience creating a lively atmosphere to dance clubs, country clubs, private parties, and corporate events. He is professional, equipped, and discreet.
