Introduction: I support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. I will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training and assistance where required. I also teach one-on-one, so you can be sure that you'll have my full attention. I have over 15 years of computer experience and technical support. I am a certified computer hardware and software technician. We can also do remote access tutorial. I can access your computer from my location while having a phone conversation with you. We will be able to see your computer screen, and I will be able to move things around on your computer. My rate for this remote access tutorial is $45/hour (one hour minimum). If you prefer to have a private lesson it is $50/hour (one hour minimum.). With each option, we will cover the same basics, virus/spyware removal, diagnosing your computer, repair Windows' registry and so on. I will be able to answer any questions you have as well.
