Working with Jay was a lot of fun. Sometimes it can be difficult to get members and customers to give a good testimonial but Jay did a great job making them all feel comfortable and eliciting the best responses from everyone. His editing work is superb and we've had several comments on how our video looks like a TV commercial because the quality is so good. I found Thumbtack on a google search, and Jay was one of the first responders. I learned the company I'd contracted with for my live teaching taping suddenly closed shop two weeks before the event. Jay showed up early for the 2-hour taping, with great ideas to help the set, and knew what to do. He videoed the teaching segments, and got some footage of product tables and my interaction with guests. He was kind and shortened the learning curve for me; with this being my first taping I had no clue what to tell him on certain things.
