Introduction: How many agents have a process that guarantees nothing will be overlooked? At Brannan Associates, our process has been developed from years of experience, incorporating a series of reminders that our software issues us, known as a “transaction plan.” These automated reminders tell us exactly what should be done at any given time during a transaction. This ensures that nothing will be forgotten or rushed at the end, leading to a smooth experience. When we aren't constantly checking the basics, it gives us time to focus on the most important part of the process: you! This helps us give you the best service possible. For more information, check out "The ROGUE Way" on my website, http://www.marinrealestate4u.com/Web/AR289524/CustomContent/index/5043349 There are many things that I can't control. However, what I can control is the quality and level of service that I consistently deliver to my clients. Building on that relationship and insuring a satisfactory experience with my clients is paramount. While the market can be unpredictable, a relationship forged on trust can weather any storm. There is nothing more gratifying than receiving a referral from a past client because of the work I did for them. It doesn't get any more rewarding than that for me.

Working with John was a great experience, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me find just the right property. He knows quite a bit about the North Bay, yet never got impatient with me as I took my time learning, and figuring out what I wanted to buy. I never felt pressure from him, he let me proceed at my own pace. He has a real "attitude of service", and it made the long process towards the final purchase a very rewarding one. I really appreciated his patience and spirit of adventure as we entered into a strange and frustrating negotiation process with the seller's intermediary, apparently in India. I think many agents might have given up, tried to steer me to another property with easier contacts, but he let me direct the process, and was there to help out any way he could. And the level of customer service he offered even after the sale was definitely above and beyond! I will DEFINITELY work with John again if I need a real estate agent in this area, and recommend him highly.

My family has known John for years. He's honest and always works for you what ever your needs. He's fantastic at negotiating. I wouldn't have gotten into my current home without him. I've had the pleasure of working with him in both buying and sell homes. He does his job very well and can give great advice on what to do or not to do when buying, selling or renting real estate. I would highly reccomend him if you're ever in need of an agent.

I went through several realtors before I found John. He was the one who actually listened to what I wanted, not trying to sell me something else. He was very diligent and patient with me. If you want to find the right house for you, you can't go wrong with John Brannan!

John helped me find a residence and a rental property. He is thorough, easy to work with, and a true professional. I recommend him to all my friends and professional contacts.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My expertise ranges widely, from managing rental units to navigating the complexities of a short sale or REO purchase. Whether it's a standard, FHA, or VA loan, we have the team to get the job done. And if you don't know these terms, you will shortly! If you don't understand the exact information you want or need, we haven't done our job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence. It's easy to state oneself to be an expert, but only possessing the necessary experience will really affirm that claim. Read testimonials. When you're confortable, speak with them over the phone or meet in person. Above all, go with the one you get along with best! Buying or selling a home can be an involved process, and when you're in the trenches you definitely want to be with someone you like!
