As a personal trainer it is his goal to provide the best possible health and fitness service and to stay on top of current fitness and nutrition research. He shows clients how to integrate the five basic components of fitness - proper strength training, cardiorespiratory training, nutrition, corrective exercise, and recovery - into their lifestyles.
