- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I am very experienced and consequently older, I tend to be a bit slower and much more meticulous than most plumbers. Therefore, when I price a job, I bid it by figuring how long it would have taken me to do the work at age 30. For small repair jobs, my standard service call (which also includes up to an hour of labor), is $80. For larger jobs, I can give you a fixed bid.

30 years of licensed plumbing experience, WA Journeyman Plumber License, and licensed plumbing contractor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend who was a plumber talked me into going into business with him.
