Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. As a customer, I would like to know how to choose a good realtor who would take care of my specified needs, as well as go the extra yard to make my real estate purchase a great experience. The secret is to realize that each and every client needs to be treated with respect, with expediency and with professionalism.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A potential Client should as ANY QUESTION THEY WANT. I will sit with you as long as you need until you feel comfortable with me and the services I provide.

One of the most common questions which people pose is: "Is this a good time to buy?" I say: "Yes, yes, yes!" Interest rates are at an all-time low, house prices are at an all-time low, and banks are ready to make a deal.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Buyers should have a good idea of what their credit scores are and of their financial ability to make a purchase.

Most First Time Home Buyers don't know where to begin. This is why I sit with my Buyer Clients and walk them through the entire process and set up their first appointment with a Loan Officer.

I also suggest they seek at least one other Lender to make sure they are getting the best deal. I want my Clients to get the BEST Loan Rate and be Comfortable with the Lender they choose. Regardless if it my preferred lender or not.
