- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a New Customer whether Purchasing or Selling is the Same... Encourage as many questions as possible. There is no such thing as a silly question. I will spend as much time as it takes to explain the transaction process until you are comfortable. In addition, I work with multiple business professionals and can assist, guide and recommend Mortgage Lenders, Estate Planners, Contractors and may other services.

Earned my California Real Estate Brokers License 2012 Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification: SFR Bank Owned (REO) & Short Sale Certified - Equator
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a well known local Real Estate Broker. Of course I initially didn't follow in his footsteps and spent 30+ years in the Hospitality Industry. I finally realized that when speaking to Realtors, there was a lack of customer service. They treated their clients like numbers. That's when I realized what I had to do.
