Introduction: I am a professional speaker. Attendees really like my rich use of humor, as well as the clear, enthusiastic and straightforward manner of communication. My three main topics are as follows: * A view from the jail - discusses personal experiences and observations gathered from over 8 years as a correctional education instructor. In addition, it provides solutions for reducing the growing jail population. * The personality treasure trove - explores the 4 main personality types (also called temperaments or social styles) and how they relate to themselves and each other. It draws upon years of study of similar classification systems. It's a fun presentation with practical value. * The green light to your golden dreams - only 3% of the population has clear-cut, worthwhile and written goals, yet they accomplish more than the other 97% combined! This shows you know how to write your own goals. It can either be conducted as a presentation or as a workshop, where attendees will write their own goals.
