I meet Roy at an open house several in 2009 or 2010. I asked for him to help me sell a few of my rental properties because I needed the money due to financial crisis and Money I lost in stock market . The properties were in bad shape, after selling one of them , he revokebded remodeling the other so I could get more than the as is price - he recommended a contactor we gitba few estimates and a future value apraisal - the current value before remodel was about $170,000 the future value appraisal with investing $40,000 came to $320 000- roy helped me rent 2 of the apartments that used to rent for $850 for $1250 per month and with rental income and tenants in property with 2 vacant units property sold for $370,000 . After that we bought and sold multiple property’s over the years and my wife and I made a lot of money and recovered more than what we lost in investments . Roy is a good guy , I consider him as a friend more than our Real estate agent . We are retired when we meet him and enjoyed our real estate “hobby” and working with Roy ? For SELLERS - > My listing fee can be as low as 1.% ( call for a quote) When your a BUYER there is no fee 99% of the time because the seller pays REALTOR FEES for BUYER AND seller agent Buyers can call for a quote
