Description: We have extensive experience in the valuation of a variety of commercial property types that include industrial parks, mini warehouses, single-tenant industrial buildings, manufacturing, business parks, warehouses, distribution and R&D facilities, fast food restaurants, retail buildings, shopping centers (community and neighborhood) and vacant commercial land. We have 12 years of commercial experience in Southern California.
