Since it's a new PC with no data files he didn't waste time on diagnosing but opted to reinstall Win 10 to restart PC in <30 minutes. Are wonderful, very confident, very very knowledgeable and very, very very competent IT wizard got our computer running again, set up our printer, and even assisted in getting our television back online.
