The Consultant Guru
Jude Cassel Williams was managing a group of training professionals and external consultants before venturing into his own business of offering similar services. It was during in one of his sessions with a consultant that he was open into starting out his own consultancy services providing a number of services like team management, instructional, and a lot more.
Give them more than what was agreed upon and treat them as unique and special which of course, they are. Check with them after the services have been completed and develop ways to continue to connect with them, be it sending a special article of interest or introducing them to someone who might add value and generally keeping the relationship open.
Being the sole proprietor of his business for almost 20 years, Jude has been instrumental for many transformations and more. Despite the challenges of balancing his time and other things, Jude is very happy with all his projects. One of his favorites was working with executive women in a retreat and focused on developing their leadership effectiveness
My greatest challenge has always been balancing my time, especially when it comes to devoting enough time for marketing. I like many colleagues who put off marketing because it rarely produces immediate results; challenges one to distinguish ones brand from the rest and truly is a numbers game which of course takes time. I have been fortunate to have worked with a wide range of clients from IT professionals at Cisco Systems, to healthcare pros at Kaiser Permanente, to nonprofit executive teams and sales teams in financial services.
Experience your not-so-typical consulting experiences from someone who is widely favored by many clients for his services. Book Jude Cassel now.
