- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge either a one-time fee for consulting or a monthly fee for coaching services. We look at each client's situation and advise the best solution both financially and strategically. If working with our firm doesn't make financial sense for the situation of the client, we will give them alternatives that will suit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually hold a FREE discovery call prior to working with each client. If consulting is needed, that can be done either virtually or onsite at the client's location. If coaching is needed, we begin with a free coaching session. If coaching feels like the right fit for the client and our firm, we'll move forward into one of our structured coaching programs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Paul Welling, has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Biochemistry from Brigham Young University- Hawaii. He also has certification from EMyth, training from Innovative Management Group, and Billy Gene is Marketing. What we have found most useful is the real-life experience of operating businesses that all of our team members have.
