FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In commercial real estate it is common practice to list a property at an attractive price for existing/past clients. These listings never make the open market. This allows brokers to represent both sides of the transaction- that serves the brokers' interest but not the seller. Only when the entire market has a chance to review and make offers do we really know what the market price will be. Nobody knows all the buyers. Don't be fooled thinking that the biggest firms know all the buyers. They know all the buyers in their database... how does that serve your interest? Contact Pete to discuss further. Continued Success.
