Introduction: I provide very healthy, nutritious and delicious meals backed by many years of cooking and nutrition experience. I cook in your home primarily (but some dishes can be prepared in my kitchen and delivered). I have a wide variety of foods and diet styles in my repertoire and can adhere to any dietary considerations or restrictions you may have. Cooking is my passion. It is my art form, especially the beautiful aromas, colors and textures of a variety of foods. I mix in enthusiasm, love and cleanliness. And I like to plate it up in an artistic and pleasant arrangement so it's enticing. I find cooking and meal/menu planning very creative and unique to each client. My favorite place to be is in the kitchen!

Rebecca made great meals every week for several month for us. We have very specific requirements and she adapted recipes well and kept us very well informed. She’s a talented chef and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to have healthy, tasty, thoughtfully prepared meals.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Rebecca for many years. I'm vegan and needed a good chef to cook up interesting and tasty animal free meals! Boy! She did it! She has the innate ability to blend comfort food with nutritional food and keep it low calorie too! Her soups are to die for! I would highly recommend Rebecca for her skill, her knowledge of nutrition and health and because she's also a very sweet person!

As a fitness expert and self-care coach, Rebecca is my "go to" health and wellness chef. When my clients need a nutrient dense, fat loss diet I send them to Rebecca. She not only creates delicious gourmet meals, she also has the ability to modify them for gluten free, paleo, vegan, vegatarian, diabetic, and heart healthy needs. That is very hard to find. Rebecca is passionate and talented at what she does; she puts her heart and soul into every bite! I recommend my clients to her because I deeply care about my clients' well-being and I know Rebecca does, also, so I trust they will be in good hands.

Rebecca is an outstanding chef that cooks for me regularly to meet my dietary and health related needs. She always promptly prepares a suggestion of menu items for the week and checks in to see what ideas I might have for the week's menu. She prepares an itemized shopping list of the items and I can let her know what items I already have at my house and she shops accordingly. She is a one stop shop! She prepares the menu, shops, cooks, packages and labels every item in my refrigerator. She is very neat and tidy and my house is always cleaned up when I arrive home. I would highly recommend using Rebecca if you have a busy schedule and don't have time to cook. She has been a lifesaver for me.

My partner and I were looking for a chef to make some healthy meals that we could have for half the week and we found Rebecca. Rebecca is such a great person to be around and has a lot of experience with cooking, especially health conscious like we are. It's so easy getting meal ideas and plans and the food is well prepared and tastes great! She really listens to what you're looking for, what you like and don't like.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It wasn't a decision, it was a given! I started cooking at age 9 because I had a passion for it. For me, cooking is an art.....it's a fabulous form of creativity. I love every minute of it!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    First I plan the menu items with my client via email, deciding what they would like to eat. Then after the menu items are selected I prepare a grocery shopping list. You approve the list via email (if you like), then I go to the market of your choosing (or if you prefer to shop, that's fine). I arrive at your location with groceries and proceed to cook. I usually spend 4 hours cooking approximately 8 menu items which could last 2 - 3 days (and can include 2-3 lunches and 2-3 dinners), depending on how many people we are feeding. Then I either serve the food, or store it with labels in the refrigerator. Then I clean up.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Let the Chef know your food preferences - the foods you like and the foods you don't like. (I give all my new clients a food list to go over so they can quickly indicate which foods they like and which foods they don't like.)
