Ruben was great. We needed a large TV on a heavy-duty, extending swivel mount installed so it to be a solid and level mounting. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. He was obviously familiar with the process and immediately knew what all the parts and pieces were for. The whole thing was up and running in 1/10th the time it would've taken us. He was friendly and gave us some good insights on placement location when we asked him. We couldn't be happier with Ruben's service. Highly recommend.
