- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard commission when representing a client selling or leasing out their home is typically 6% of the closed sale price. Of course everything is negotiable in real estate. Buyers never pay Fathom or myself a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is #1. Assessing their wants and needs, learning what they expect their life plan to look like and helping them achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always educating myself I attend many seminars on legal issues in Real Estate, on marketing, on social media and more. I also have taken all of my Broker's license courses and am getting ready to schedule my Broker's exam with the state of CA.
