We asked Tim to replace a dining room light fixture for us. The experience was a pleasure from contact to completion. Tim got back to me right away and told me what his availability windows were. He gave us ETA updates and arrived right on time. He approached the project professionally and efficiently. Highly Recommended!!! Tim was great to work with. He responded right away and showed up on time ready to take on the installation of my Brilliant Smart Home device. My original wiring was not labeled in the traditional manner making the job more complex. In fact, someone else worked on the install before him (they gave up after 4 hours of trying). Then Tim came to the rescue. He knew exactly what to do and got it hooked up in an hour. What I thought was really impressive was that he looked at online documentation and videos about the device prior to arriving. This showed his dedication to giving his customers the best experience possible. He was polite and explained some of the things he was doing to get it working properly. I will definitely hire him again for any other handyman or electrical jobs I need.
