I came home one day to find our hot water heater leaking all over the place! I googled Plumbers near me and thankfully Plumbing Connection came up. I called, explained what was happening, and the man over the phone told me exactly how to turn it off so that it would stop leaking. he then informed me that we would have to purchase a new one, he knew if it was leaking it had to be replaced. I received a quote and they were going to squeeze me in that day.
I decided to call around and thought I could find something cheaper, so I cancelled. What a mistake!
What I found was noone was cheaper and if they were it was maybe $100 less but came with NO warranty (Plumbing Connection )had at least 6 years, more if we wanted). So I called back and although I am sure they had to be annoyed with me for cancelling earlier in the day, they rescheduled me for the next day.
They showed up on time when they said they would, and the 2 men that came in did their thing, cleaned up, and were gone within a reasonable amount of time.
Everyone there was very professional, friendly, and reliable. I will for sure use them again if the need arises.

Sunday morning bathtime turned into a mess when the bath & toilet backed up, spewing stinky water all over the floor. A Yelp, then i call Plumbing Connection and we had a date - between 12 and 1, he said. He called 20 minutes before arriving, as promised, and showed up right at 12:30. Khan was polite, through & efficient as he quickly diagnosed the problem and identified his best method of accessing the clog. Undeterred by a painted-over cleanout, he had us flushing freely within an hour, and even gave us a break on the weekend surcharge. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

One note - the $75 deal is only for cleaning out easily accessed drains - they have a flat-fee schedule for a number of different types of services. Khan was clear about this from the outset, and the service and expertise was well worth the $125 we paid...

Replacing our old clay sewer line and galvanized water service pipe and installing the cleanouts turned out to be quite a project. Marino and Tim planned to hand-dig the trenches for the pipes to avoid damaging the irrigation and gas lines in the yeard, but soon realized they would not be able to get through the matted redwood tree roots and rock-laced soil and get the job done in a timely way. So they went to plans B and C: a trencher for the water service trench and a bobcat for the sewer line trench. They worked slowly and carefully with the bobcat operator to dig the sewer line trench without nicking the nearby gas line.

They worked 6 long hard days digging, laying pipe, and then refilling the trenches and compacting the soil by hand. I was home most of the time, and they kept me informed about what they were doing and how things were going. Marino is a great communicator and explains things very well and thoroughly.

Marino and Tim knew exactly what they were doing and were very exacting about laying the sewer pipe at the proper pitch, for example, and cleaning up every evening.

We ended up paying a bit more than the original estimate because we had to pay the bobcat operator and because the sewer line trench ended up being longer than we expected (runs diagonally across our yard instead of straight to the street), but the extra was fair given what we encountered on the project.

I am very happy with the work I think they take a lot of pride in their work and want to do the best job possible. I also really enjoyed having them around while they were at my house.
