While all we see when we look out to the world is a mass of color, shapes and forms, abstract artist and freelance designer Jeff Jagunich sees a whole lot more. Carried out by a great artistic intuition, what he sees are the fine details, the exquisiteness of contour, the vitality of edge, and the endless webs of color that make up this playground of visual delights.
When I'm working on a project, I hole away in my studio in front of the computer monitor, canvas or sketchpad. I put my everything into it. I like to think this is because I'm goal-oriented and I have the client's needs in mind.
His unmistakable illustrative style, which is a graceful collision of lucent light and vibrant color, is evident in the original sketches, digital art, life drawings, T-shirt designs, acrylic and watercolor paintings, 3D sculptures, and time-lapse animations that he creates. He does not merely treat each artwork as another project; he re-imagines them as spaces in which to reproduce, re-design, analyze, and express emotions.
