- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is that established by my brokering office, Keller Williams. As a Realtor in Colorado, we are most often paid by the seller's paid commissions on the sale of their home. A portion goes to the buyer's agent and a portion goes to the seller's agent. This is a fairly straight forward conversation that we will have (as far as our working relationship) prior to your decision to working with me. You DO have choices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly train. The Real Estate market changes daily and a good Realtor needs to know their market inside and out, be up on industry standards and be willing to research and discover all their is to know about any given property to assist buyers and sellers to the fullest. I have an Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and am an Accredited Staging Professional. Providing extra value to my customers is true service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Through my own Real Estate experiences, I saw the right way to do business and the wrong way to do business. When a person buys a house, it should be an amazing experience.
