Chef Shane was AMAZING! I was wanting someone to prepare a birthday dinnerfor my husband's birthday while we were in town. We rented an Airbnb in Breckenridge. I spoke with Chef Shane a few times and we worked on the menu together. This was my first time doing something like this so of course I did not know exactly how it would go. I have to say it exceeded my expectations! Chef Shane was in contact with me days prior to the dinner party and the day of. He was very punctual and prepared when he arrived. He had everything he needed and was very organized. He truly loves what he does and has a passion for food! He walked in and made the kitchen his own! We started out with a couple of hors d'oeuvres. It was so nice to be able to spend quality time with family and friends! Chef Shane has a great personality and was so easy to talk to and get to know. We had three courses and it was absolutely amazing! everything was beyond what I expected! The food was outstanding! The personal touches that he put on the food really knocked it out of the park! He put a twist on things that I would have never thought of and it blew us away! After he was finished serving all of the courses he cleaned up the entire kitchen it was spotless! It was so nice not to have to do any of the work. This was our first experience but we will definitely do it again! If you are in the Colorado area I would 1,000% recommend Chef Shane you will not regret it! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10!

We had Shane cook my wife a birthday dinner for 18 people while staying at a house in Tabernash, CO. He did a terrific job cooking several different dishes and my son is still asking if I can make the homemade Mac and cheese Shane crafted for the kids. Shane feel free to email me that recipe so I can make it for him again.

Shane prepared a meal for my friends and I while we were on vacation in Beaver Creek. It exceeded my expectations in every way. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Shane handled everything from menu definition, to shopping (even for unrelated things we requested), to preparation, to serving the meal! My friends were blown away. Shane is also just a really laid back and enjoyable person to be around. I've already booked another meal with him.
