Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My Clients range from 35 to 60 and the vast majority want to lose fat and get in shape. Others want to workout to improve in their chosen sport or to help rehab an injury.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. 1. Don't shop on Price.
2. Make sure the trainer has certifications. The more the better as a rule of thumb.
3. Make sure you meet with him/her to make sure there you are both on the same page.
4. Never get locked into a contract.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Personal training is a very cool thing in that when I meet clients for the first time, I can see the potential they have even if they don't see it themselves. It is both rewarding and just plain fun to see the transformations that take place.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After a lifetime, well okay 25 years of working out, I saw all the marketing gimmicks and myths people were buying into and not getting results from. I thought I could be of help in getting clients on the right path to fitness. Little did I know that this would turn into a full-time profession for me!

Michael did a great job in getting me in a much better shape than I was before starting with him. The proof is in the compliments I got. He listens to the customer's needs and ability and tailors the training to get the best results based on them. I'll highly recommend Michael for all In-home personal training needs.

Michael is great! I wish I could afford him always. In two months he whipped me back into shape and built my confidence back so I could get back to rock climbing, cycling and hiking after a couple years off. You will not regret the strength and confidence you will gain!!

Michael is just the kind of trainer you want if you need some help jump starting your exercise routine. We did the 12 week course and then continued on for months after because we saw the benefit in his approach. He is always conscious of were you are and tries to push you to be better and go a little harder. No yelling and shouting just constant encouragement and education. I felt like I learned how to do things the right way. He came to or home rain or shine.... a little bad weather doesn't mean you don't have to work out tonight.
I couldn't ask for a better instructor!– Mark

If you are looking for in-home personal training Michael is the best. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8 thanks to the workouts and health tips Michael has provided. I have so much more energy after I have worked out, and I sleep better than I have in years.

I cannot say enough about the impact working with Michael has made. Before starting his program, I did not know just how much physical strength plays into full person wellness. Michael's approach is positive, progressive, and fun! He has proven to be professional in his knowledge, sensitive to my fitness needs, and personable during our sessions. The "in-home" approach not only holds me to a level of accountability, but it has helped me to set an example of healthy choices to my children. Michael's training sessions have become a part of my whole family's routine. I have seen marked results because of Michael's encouragement and expertise. It has truly changed my outlook on my health, on my fitness, and on my potential.
