Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Buyers agent. I will represent a buyer netgotiate, the purchase price, guide them throught the process, the twist and turns.
Sellers agent. I netgotiate the best possible price for their home and usually I take them to the next step of buying a home.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Assisted a first time home buyer in purchasing a home that was less than 37,000. That is hard to do banks don't like that small of a loan..
Buyers from out of town purchased a home through new technology. with out seeing the home in person and they loved it.
Sold a home in less then two weeks
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Interview , make a list of questions and concerns. Hiring a Realtor that will tell you the truth about the market is very important.
You need to be informed about todays Real Estate
If you aren't working with a professional , then you might run in to problems down the road. With this kind of purchase make sure you are woking with the right Broker because you can't exchange or get a refund.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am a full time Real Estate Broker.
I take at least 12 hours of continuing education every year so Im up todate on everything new in Real Estate.
I have the latest technology. This makes it easier for that person that works full time ,care for their family, and like most of us has very little extra time.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love helping people with the biggest purchase they will make in their lives.
Its very satisfying to see someone get the keys to a homes wither its their first or seventh home.
I know that i do everything I can to make sure, everyone is treated the same with respect and loyalty wither its a 10,000.00 property or a 1,000,000.00.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. For Buyers,What comes first when starting to look for a home.
#1. I believe that you should make a wish list. Sort of a needs and wants list.
#2. You needs to pre-approved from a lender. Seller wont take you seriously unless your Pre-approved.
For Sellers ,What is my home worth in this market.
