Hi, my name is Nataliia. After 7 year in the fitness industry I could not imagine myself without all the positives it has brought into my life. Spending an appropriate time at the gym while following a consistent diet/plan that works for me has helped achieved fitness goals, but also mental health. After realizing all the benefits I decided to devote my life to sharing, teaching and supporting others who seek the strongest and healthiest selves. I’ve gained experience not only through my PT certificates, but also through applying my craft in many environments while learning more and more along my journey to better help my clients. I started my journey in Ukraine then relocated to the U.S. about 3 years ago. My goal is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their lives through changing everyday actions to allow and adopt a new mindset and healthier lifestyle. Your journey is not always clear. We can work together and find your way. Why Train With Me? Through my own experience I understood how awareness and care about daily choices related to nutrition and level of activity impact our mood and life. So my goal is to help you get best from your daily choices and prosper .See more

Charlie Anzaldo, NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, PES Most of us don't necessarily want to become professional body builders yet what current fitness and health culture offers us is a not much more than a "5 minute ab routine" to "lose those love handles". I feel, a very surface level marketing approach designed to prey on peoples weakness and insecurities. Fitness can be so much more than this. I think most people want to FEEL and FUNCTION well. Using our gym time to train a multitude of physical qualities directed at your current fitness level and goals are my aim as a trainer. Aesthetic goals are absolutely valid and I, as well as many of my clients have them. I don't think however, you'll find many highly fit and functional people who won't look good naked. I help people get strong, stay mobile, and find (or find again) their own unique relationship with fitness and the gym. I believe a strong, high functioning and injury resistant body supports strong mental health and helps us get the most out of our daily life. I help people move efficiently through basic movement patterns. We build competency by practicing them consistently and we use variations to keep sessions fresh and engaging. - We press, pull, lift heavy, rotate and bend. - We challenge balance to gain stability and greater understanding of our body in space. - We challenge our cardiorespiratory system with rowing, throwing, battle ropes, and a variety of plyometrics. All of course based on current fitness levels. - I want people to not only be mobile, but STRONG through mobility in large ranges of motion. I help people understand their own nutrition and recovery, and learn how to work in habits that integrate into their current lifestyle. I meet people right where they're at and take them further step by step. Fitness is an aspect of our life that we can control and I hope to guide those who are curious and willing to take the next step in their fitness journey. - I see people 1-3 times per week typically for 1 hour sessions. - Prices range between $60 and $85 per session. - I see clients as early as 5:30am and as late as 6:00pm - Availability can fluctuate and I will sometimes close my books depending on how busy I become. If you commit to certain times each week, you have those times reserved for as long as you want to train. I also see clients who have inconsistent schedules and am happy to schedule on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis. - 24 hour cancellation policy. I am lenient and understanding as we all have busy lives but kindly ask for 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling. Anything under 24 hours notice is handled on a case by case basis and can result in being charged for 1/2 a session price.See more

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. Boot camps are led by a fitness instructor and are based on the concept of military boot camps — intensive workout programs to get new recruits into shape, quickly. Fitness boot camps encourage camaraderie, and the group momentum helps participants get through fast-paced intervals of cardio, isometric training, strength training and endurance drills. Classes may range anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, and usually meet multiple days per week. Boot camps often run a specific duration of time, say four to six weeks, which creates a team-like environment for class members. Other boot camps run year-round and students purchase package pricing for classes, similar to subscriptions that allow them a set amount of classes per week or per month.

Boot camps can be held indoors at a gym, outdoors in a park or on a beach, in a backyard — anywhere there’s room for running, jumping and sweating. Some instructors also provide DVD and online boot camps. You can also find boot camps tailored to your heart’s desire, such as bikini boot camp, or boot camps for new mothers. Boot camps offer an intense workout and are usually led by energetic instructors pushing you to do your best, but unlike military boot camp drill sergeants, fitness boot camp instructors typically don’t use intimidation or punishment to spur you on. Check with your doctor before starting a boot camp if you have health concerns, and always let your instructor know ahead of time if you have injuries.

How much is a boot camp?

The cost of fitness boot camps depends on how often you go, the package you are purchasing (or if you are paying a drop-in fee), the location of the bootcamp, the equipment the instructors provide, and the background and reputation of the instructor. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost of living typically have lower rates for boot camp services than big cities and regions with a higher cost of living. If you’re paying per class on a drop-in basis, expect to pay anywhere from $12 to $25 or more, depending on the region and the instructor. When you purchase a package of classes, typically the more you buy at one time, the cheaper each class is. The same boot camp class might be $20 for a drop-in student, $15 for a student who pays for 10 classes per month, and $10 for a student who pays for 30 classes a month. Studio space can also affect costs, so if your boot camp takes place in a high-end gym with top-of-the-line equipment, the prices will likely be higher than a class that meets in an outdoor space with limited or no equipment. Shop around to find the right type of boot camp class and the right instructor for you.
