A. My father had 11 rentals and every time someone moved i was there cleaning up their mess and fixing their damages. Hands on experiance
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Lady bought a house in sarasota. She lived in idaho. I installed wood flooring in her kitchen (250sq/ft),and sanded it. Installed 4 new sinks, faucets, with all new drain lines and supply lines. Also installed new water heater. Did all this for $800. 00 labor!!!
